“Sue and Claudia were excellent pet and house sitters. There are three dogs and three cats here, and two of the cats are very shy, but all three made friends, and Jemima, who is rather nervous and skitters about, spent an evening on Sue’s lap.
The three dogs are very different: the puli is old, blind, and needs medication, the rescue bichon is still quite nervous, and the working bearded collie is incredibly intelligent but very sensitive and highly strung with it. Sue managed their different temperaments and requirements perfectly. All three loved Sue, Arran the beardie especially, and he and Sue played his favourite game with the four footballs probably on demand and lots: they were playing when I arrived home.
I recommend Sue and phg-cranleigh emphatically, and was specially delighted that this meant that I was able to visit grandchildren at half-term, usually a busy time for sitters.”

We can leave the house knowing it will be tidier than when we left it, the post will be brought in, the bin will have been left out and brought back in, the plants watered and everything left totally secure. But more importantly, Cleo will be her usual laid back and happy self. We can’t recommend Sue and Becky highly enough.”

“Sue house sat for us on a recent holiday (no pets, just the house). Sue popped in on a daily basis and kept the place ticking over for us (house plants, bins etc). This is the first time we have used a service like this and to be honest we almost didn’t do it. But a friend said what a good idea it was and we thought we’d give it a go. Very lucky we did. When we were away we had a leak in the tank in the loft. It had begun dripping through the bathroom ceiling and Sue saw it on one of her daily checks. She found the name of our plumber in the address book (fortunately filed under P for Plumber!) and called him straight away. What could have been a very expensive crisis stopped in its tracks. Two very relieved home owners who will be using the service again. Very many thanks.”
